Goals and Objectives for Internship

Work with your Site Supervisor to complete a minimum of three goals and objectives for the internship experience. This form should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than the first week of the internship

Goals: Brief, clear statements of outcomes (results) to be obtained by the conclusion of the internship.

Objectives: Specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time bound (SMART) conditions that must be attained in order to accomplish a particular goal.

GOAL #1
you grow & develop as a health practicioner and as a person.
OBJECTIVES
1 I get guidance by being on the weekly community calls and participating in live group discussion of SCM.
2 My daily and weekly reports, blog posts, and my life become testimonials that SCM can show to others and that you can share with other people
GOAL #2
 To help the Source Code Meditation movement grow and spread their loving wisdom for consciousness development.
OBJECTIVES
1 With access to one of the SCM programs, The 9 Summits of Transformation, I can learn more about salutogenisis and share with my readers.
2 I support the SCM community with weekly check-ins on FB and on the calls
GOAL #3
Record my growth using measurable and correlated health science.
OBJECTIVES
1 Document and blog about measured Health indicator progress using advanced technology synced with health measuring software.
2 Document weekly or daily emotional and psychological changes that affect my daily perception or awareness of self.

Schedule details (day of week, time of day, etc.): Community call Tuesdays 8am – 9am, otherwise open-ended schedule to fulfill on other requirements, e.g. twice-daily use of SCM techniques (1.0 – 1.5 hours)

Brief description of the job responsibilities of the Student Intern. I propose you get access to one of our programs, SCM The 9 Summits of Transformation, in exchange for you participating fully in the program and perform self-inquiry, self-observation, and self-reporting in the hopes of (1) you grow & develop as a scientist and as a person (2) your reports, blog posts, and your life become testimonials that we can show to others and that you can share with other people (3) you satisfy your internship requirements (4) you get guidance by being on the weekly community calls (5) you support the SCM community with your weekly check-ins on FB and on the calls.
